(1) Delivery Method:
Materialipstick aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable  to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.

At Materialipstick, our shipment sent out from Monday – Friday. Order will be process within 48 hours upon order confirmation.

*International Delivery – within 7-14days
For any international shipment which incurred any duty charges will not be bare by the shipper.

(4) Tracking 
After orders have been processed - you will receive an email from [email protected] containing a DHL consignment note number.
This consignment note number is 
(eg MDPS033333) your tracking number for Malaysia customer.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
